Absolutely wonderful 1990s nautical shirt dress. This may just be a long line blouse but it is exceptionally long so I think perfectly adequate to wear as a little short dress. I also feel it would be absolutely amazing left open as a kind of duster jacket over the top of a swimsuit in the summertime.
Made from super soft Viscose cotton
Size will work anything up to approximately a 14 but also works very well oversized and also belted as a dress.
