Absolutely stunning Early 1980s Frank Usher dress of dreams. This dress is absolutely exquisite! It has a small silk slip dress underneath and the outer layer is made from glorious silk chiffon. The front has a statement structured panel that is embroidered with beautiful floral motives. From this gathered Chiffon Cascades. The chiffon is opaque so it’s super sexy sheer on the sleeves.
The dress is a soft powder blue/grey

Belt (the buttons on the belt are very easy to move and there is about 4 inches left. It appears that they have been made small smaller. So it would be very quick and easy to move the buttons over to make it slightly bigger.
