Absolutely wonderful 1980s statement blouse of dreams. This one I had sent over all the way from Italy and it’s about as good as it gets. That statement contrast collar is impressive . It has wonderfully puffed statement shoulders with large but easily removable shoulder pads. Lots of volume in the top half and nips in beautifully in the waist.
