Now this is about as good as it gets. It’s a wonderful Ashley Stewart Y2K halter neck top/tunic or even mini dress. Would be so good we have some little shorts underneath or leather pants, or even just some tights.
The shape is very big, almost like a half circle. There is lots of volume in this. The outer fabric is small sequins on a soft tulle. There is a stretch Lycra under layer. It’s very soft and comfortable to wear. There is a zip at the back of the neck.
Please note the side of the arm drops very low. I personally like it like that and I would wear it as it is but you could wear a bikini top or a boob tube or even something longsleeved underneath if you prefer. It’s a very versatile style piece.
Size up to 22 but also looks great oversized.
