This is a seriously statement suit! There is no label inside but I think it’s late 90s/Early Y2K. It’s an absolutely incredible unique item with a plunge front and incredible exaggerated sleeves that reach all the way to the floor. These sleeve sections can actually be tired in various different ways. The lower leg part is semi share so shows the skin through which I just love!
