Very cool 1980s T-shirt dress. This one is a Mexican one. Has a very cool and very vibrant neon print of shells. The condition of the print is amazing and it looks like it’s hardly been worn. it has large but easily removable shoulder pads.

Has a small elastic channel at the waist

I would say this is just about long enough for me to wear as a dress, but without the belt. The belt pulls it up slightly and makes it very slightly too short for me, but I am 5’7
