This is an exceptionally high shine finish for a super dramatic party jacket. I think this is more of a jacket than a blouse due to the cut and shape but could be worn as either. It has wonderful gathered sleeves and nips in beautifully at the waist.
There is no composition label, fabric feels like stretch heavyweight jersey. But Slightly more structured.
