It’s a double breasted front with large press studs. They icing on the cake is the hand applied textured squiggly pattern that is created with a raised rope yarn.

OR due to the double press stud position on the double breasted design you could fasten it on the first set of holes which would actually allow the hip to go up to approximately 45 inches, which would allow the jacket to work up to approximately a 16.
