1980s C V Madrid Abstract Print Batwing Dress

An absolutely stunning and wonderfully unusual 1980s statement dress! I’ve not come across one quite like this before. Featuring an incredible abstract geometric print in rich burgundy, rust, burnt orange and olive green, with beautiful contrasting outlines. The standout feature has to be those enormous dramatic batwing sleeves, which extend right down from the waist to create the most fabulous silhouette. Finished with beautiful tapered wrist cuffs and an adjustable wrap-over waist with an integrated tie belt. The back also has a button fastening. Made from gorgeous quality viscose, this is a seriously special vintage piece!

Approximate Modern Size:

Will work comfortably up to approximately a UK 14-16 but can also be styled beautifully on a smaller size using the adjustable integrated belt. The relaxed batwing shape makes this a wonderfully versatile fit.
