Absolutely wonderful 1980s party dress. This one has the most amazing puffball skirt which feeds into a fitted pencil skirt. It nips in perfectly the waist so it’s so exceptionally flattering.
Made It Up of two layers of fabric. The underneath layer is a metallic satin fabric. This is overlaid with a lightweight. Tulle layer with gold polkadots.
